While Philadelphia Phillies fans are likely stunned at the fact that their team, just one season removed from a 100+ win season, is sitting dead-last in their Division, the sight of Jimmy Rollins’ sick Air Jordan PEs should ease the painful reality that the Phillies’ reign on top might come to an early end (though the long-term signing of Cole Hamels gives the Phillies’ a solid lefty anchor in the rotation). The first PE that Rollins wore this season was the Air Jordan XII, but here we get a nice look at the his personal PE logo on the heel, which combines an abbreviated version of his name with another sick ‘JR’ crest at the base. Another look at this PE plus more in-game shots from the season are right ahead, so take a look and let us know what you think. via axgilbert
Nike Sportswear continues to mash with the classic trainers, seemingly dropping hit after hit after hit. Next up, the Nike Air Max Speed Turf Dolphins, release date as yet unannounced (but likely in September, if not August). This one sports a predominantly white upper contrasted by plenty of black, powder blue and the occasional pale orange accenting. Check back for exactly release details, but enjoy the photos in the meantime.
